- Until 30 days prior to arrival, in case of cancellation no penalty charges will be applied.
- From 29 to 15 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be charged at 50% of the price – From 14 days to arrival, any cancellation will be charged at 100% of the stay reserved.
- Any “no-shows” (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the day of arrival) shall be charged at full price
- 50% of the total price should be paid after the booking to secure the booking, the 50% rest can be paid after the guest check-in
